Raichur Ventures does not currently sell products directly through this website, so no orders, payments or refunds are processed here.

Products bought through a marketplace

When our products become available, they may be sold through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon. Returns and refunds for those purchases are handled under the marketplace's own returns policy. Please start any return through your order history on the marketplace where you bought the item.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item you bought from us arrives damaged, defective or not as described, please contact the marketplace first. You are also welcome to email us so we can help and learn from the issue.

Future direct sales

If we begin selling directly through this website, we will publish a full returns and refunds policy on this page before any orders are accepted.
